ABOUT THE STAFF......
Ms. Jillian Zarfino, is Lead Teacher in Grade Three- Room 203. She joined the staff in 2007. Ms. Zarfino holds certificates in Elementary Education, English and Preschool through Grade 3. She earned her Bachelor's Degree at Felician College in 2006. Before coming to the Academy, she served as a teacher assistant at Oakview School in Bloomfield. Ms. Zarfino enjoys traveling and meeting new people from different cultures. She also likes to read, shop and spend time with her family, her friends and her dog!

Ms. Suzanne Capuano began at RTA in May of 2011 after student teaching in the Newark Public School system. Ms. Capuano holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and earned her Advanced Placement Post Baccalaureate certification for preschool through third grade in the graduate program at Montclair State University. Besides teaching, she loves writing, running, cooking and spending time with her son and daughter.
