The Business Office is led by Business Administrator Robert Clark. The Business Administrator is responsible for the districts day to day fiscal operations and helps to ensure Robert Treat Academy operates efficiently and responsibly in accordance with all State and Federal school accounting codes and statutes. Some key roles for the business team include the development of the school budget, building and grounds management, vendor contracts, request for proposals (RFP's), purchasing and accounts payable, transportation services, employee contracts, benefits programs, and employee payroll.
The Open Public Records ACT (OPRA) finds and declares it to be public policy of the State of NJ that all government records shall be accessible and all government records shall be subject to public access unless they meet a permitted exemption.
